According to the Dallas Morning News, commercial property will start to pick up a better market. So in other words businesses are going to have more growing areas to choose where they want their businesses to work. All the new residential units and the DART system have become very appealing to office tenants. Las Colinas and Downtown Dallas seem to be the biggest areas that tenants will be looking for office space. The retail market for North Texas is also on the rebound but with three years of dragging sales, it has helped ?keep the vacancy rates up about 12% which is good for the office space shoppers.
